Friday Style Tip
If you want to wear that lovely silk scarf your spouse brought back from China, but you don’t want it to sway free and get in your way, nor do you think the bulk of a knot would do you any favors, then what you need is some sort of a clasp or buckle to keep it under control without adding heft.
If you don’t happen to have a suitable clasp or buckle, then why don’t you dig out that silver Friendship ring you and your pre-spouse bought in Germany at the start of your European travel year (the set you two bought to imply a contract which would allow the two of you to share a room in countries like Spain, Morocco, and Egypt), and slide the scarf ends through it.
And you can entertain yourself while trying to take pictures of this style tip by making up ambiguous titles for this blog post (things like, “I Am Held Together By My Sins and Lies”), which you will then discard for a straightforward one.
PS: Note that I bought a wide belt like you all recommended a few weeks ago. It has become a very useful accessory. (Who am I kidding? It’s my only accessory!)

Cute. How do you keep the ring from sliding off? I am not very good at physics/engineering and I’d hate to lose my sin & lie ring. If I had one.
Looks great–and I like the scarf.
Looking good. And becoming something of a style guru!
You are better than me. Accessories complicate life way too much, I decided a long time ago.
